Joanna works exclusively in the area of Family Law. She has considerable experience in matters involving parenting, matrimonial and de facto property issues, divorce and child support.

She is also experienced in drafting and negotiating binding financial agreements (pre-nuptial agreements) for parties who are in, or about to enter into, a de facto relationship or who are getting married.

Joanna runs property and parenting cases in the Family Court of Australia and the Federal Circuit Court of Australia. Joanna also has experience in the Guardianship Tribunal.
